Commercial Cleaning Checklist
Kitchen:
- Stove/Oven
- Vent-a-hood and grease screen
- Wipe inside and outside of cabinets, drawers and pantry
- Floors-sweep/mop/wax
Baths:
- Clean commode
- Clean medicine cabinet and mirrors
- Floors-sweep/mop/wax
General Exterior:
- Clean windows, patio doors inside and out
- Clean baseboards, Ceilings, mini blinds,
- HVAC vent, tops of door facing
General Interior – Living Room, Dining Room and Bedrooms:
- Sweep entry / breezeway Key returned to the office.
- Lights and heater – a/c turned off or set properly as required
- Clean entry door and any visible door of adjacent apartments
- Sweep cobwebs off exterior light fixtures, clean fixtures, wash light globes
- Sweep storage area and patio
- Washers & Dryers
- Hang drapes
- Vacuum carpet
- A/C closet cleaned, wipe down equipment
- Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, wash light globes, wall receptacles
- Remove rubbish/debris
- Clean light fixture
- Wipe inside and outside of cabinets, drawers and linen closet
- Clean vanity sink, faucet and counter tops
- Clean tub/shower and tile
- Remove decals from tub,walls,mirrors
- Clean light fixtures
- Clean sink and faucet
- Clean counter tops
- Dishware Refrigerator (pull out and clean behind)
